Hey kids, did you ever want to find a place where you and your parents could come learn how to become healthier together? If so, the ProActive Kids (PAK) program is for you!
We want to invite you to come join a “PAK”…a group of kids just like you ...who want to become healthier, enjoy exercise, games and sports; learn how to eat foods that are good for you (and taste good too!) and to meet with other kids to talk and build friendships. At PAK, you can find that group. Join us after school three days a week for two hours each night to have fun and get healthy.
Try Karate, yoga, basketball, track and field, plays games and attend a PAK Obstacle Course. Sounds fun doesn’t it? Well, it can be a good workout, too! You will also get a chance to make healthy foods (and try them) and to learn how important nutrition is to make your body as strong as it can be.
