In creating the ProActive Kids (PAK) program, we consulted kids, families, physicians, trainers, nutritionists and psychologists to develop a comprehensive, well rounded and holistic approach to making life-long changes for kids and families. The approach treats the emotional, physical and nutritional health of kids and draws on the strength of the family to ensure the results positive and sustainable.
